When I started playing the guitar it was with pieces like Sor's. Later on Bach's music was within reach. So here is a (very) little sample of the pieces I was brought up with in my guitar life, together with some more recently discovered pieces and my own arrangements.
Arrangement by K. Struck.
This is the first part of the partita for flute. Originally it is in A minor, but I changed it to E minor. The sarabande is near the end of this page, but that one is still in A-minor. score

Cottin was a french guitarist/composer, to whom Tarrega dedicated his "Recuerdos de Alhambra". The music of this piece is in the Statens musikbibliotek (The Music Library of Sweden). score
According to the score of this piece the low E-string should be changed to D. There are some E's in the score that can not be played when the string is changed. Because of this I did not play any of the low D's.
Complete Opus 51 on the Danish Royal Library
I'm told that the low D's were played on a seventh string (in D) on Coste's guitar. (thanks, Bernhard)
The sheet music of this piece is not in print anymore, so I think I can make it available here on the site. I have made a few changes compared to the original arrangement. pdf

The first part of the score is what you'll hear in the mp3. The other 3 pages are variations I have written. score

Someone asked me if I ever made some arrangements for 2 guitars of Bach's music. I didn't, but it made me listen if there was anything I could transcribe. This one, no. 14 from "The Well Tempered Clavier", seemed to be easily adaptable. score
Should this piece be in the Latin or Classical section? Although written by a composer from Paraguay, the style is more classical than latin, so I placed it here.
Adagio for Glass harmonica. It's still in the same key as the original. I only needed to delete very few notes to make it playable on guitar. score
One of the chorals from the "Matthaus Passion", BWV244. I reworked the score with lilypond, so it may not be the same as the tablature. score / tab
This is the Sarabande from "Partita for Flute solo", BWV 1013. Here on classical guitar, of course. score
Music for Christmas. I've deleted the MP3, but the score is still here. score
